Completed isn’t the same as a conversation.
Read-only call reporting. For the whole agency, each sub-account and each agent.
Call Truth reclassifies every HighLevel call as a real conversation, short call, voicemail, missed or failed, using a talk-time threshold you control, so your connect rates and call counts finally match what happened.
The problem
LC Phone marks voicemails and unanswered calls as completed.
So call counts, average duration and connect rates in HighLevel are inflated, and agent and client reports overstate how many people were actually reached. Call Truth separates real conversations from the rest, across every sub-account, with no extra telephony or setup.
Features
- 01
Completed vs real
GHL “completed” next to real conversations, so you see exactly how many voicemails, hang-ups and unanswered calls were counted as completed.
- 02
Five clear classes
Every call is a real conversation, short, voicemail, missed or failed, based on its status and talk time.
- 03
Your threshold
A real conversation is an answered call of at least 30 seconds by default. Change it for the agency or per sub-account, and it applies to all history at once.
- 04
Agency rollup
All sub-accounts on one page, with connect rate and average talk time, plus a drill-down into each sub-account.
- 05
7 and 30-day trends
Daily calls, GHL completed and real conversations, with the change against the previous period.
- 06
Agent ranking
Calls, real conversations and connect rate per HighLevel user. Growth and Agency plans.
- 07
Weekly digest
A Monday email with last week’s numbers and the sub-accounts where completed and real differ most, sent only to the people you choose. Growth and Agency plans.
- 08
CSV export
Per-sub-account results for your own reports. Agency plan.
- 09
30 days of history
Calls from the last 30 days are imported at install, so the dashboard is useful from day one.
- 10
Read-only
Call Truth never changes anything in HighLevel and never stores phone numbers, recordings or message content.
How it works
- 01
Install
Your agency installs Call Truth from the HighLevel Marketplace on the sub-accounts you want to include. There is nothing to connect.
- 02
Import
The last 30 days of calls are imported in the background, usually in a few minutes.
- 03
Read the gap
Open Call Truth in the left menu of the agency view or any sub-account and compare GHL “completed” with real conversations.
- 04
Stay current
New calls appear within seconds. Agency admins tune the threshold and, on Growth and Agency, the weekly digest in Settings.
Setup, call classes and settings are explained on the support page.

Priced per agency install and billed monthly through the HighLevel Marketplace, with a 14-day free trial. Sub-accounts above the plan limit are shown as not covered until you upgrade. Call Truth stores call metadata only (direction, status, duration, agent and a one-way hash of the contact), never phone numbers, recordings or message content. See the Privacy Policy.
FAQ
- 01
Why does HighLevel count voicemails as completed?
LC Phone closes a call as “completed” once it has been routed, even when it ended in voicemail or nobody answered. Call Truth looks at talk time and status to tell those apart from real conversations.
- 02
Which calls are included?
Calls made or received with LC Phone in the sub-accounts covered by your plan. Voicemail drops sent by workflows or campaigns are left out by default; you can count them in Settings.
- 03
Does Call Truth change anything in HighLevel?
No. It is read-only: it reads call records, user names and sub-account names, and never writes to your account.
- 04
Who can see and change what?
Agency users see every sub-account; sub-account users see only their own. Only agency admins can change settings.
- 05
What data do you store?
Per call: direction, status, duration, the HighLevel user and a one-way hash of the contact, never the phone number or name. Plus sub-account and agent names, your settings and digest recipients. Call records older than 90 days are deleted. See the Privacy Policy.
- 06
What happens if I uninstall?
Call syncing and digest emails stop, the tokens are deleted, and all stored data is deleted 30 days later. See Uninstall.
